Venue Finding
CVC is not aligned to any particular hotel group or brand and is very frank about the facilities on offer to its clients. The team will always be open and honest about any venue under discussion. The client will be under no misconceptions about the venue’s ability to support the event.
The team regularly visit venues to update their product knowledge and use this information to provide the client with the best options available.
The client is asked to provide a detailed brief and, if possible, a budget. The team respond verbally, ideally within 24 hours, with a specification of what is available followed by a written proposal outlining rates, conference room sizes and a narrative description of the venue. Brochures can be despatched on request.
